14 days
I have heard it takes 14 days, 21 days, or 30 days to make a habit stick. I am happy to report Ben and I have successfully passed the first mark on our no soda and caffeine journey. I know we will make this a new habit in our lives!

Kuddos on the no soda. No caffine? You guys are crazy! Wish I had the will power to give up the "go juice." Good luck.
See, I'm the opposite of Jesse - I drink soda occasionally, but I basically never have caffeine - except Jamba's matcha green tea blast. I love those things.
